Q: Is my furniture worth refinishing?

A: It really depends.  There are many factors involved in determining the worth of refinishing your furniture.  Age, quality and rarity are a few of these factors.  For example, if you have a new piece and find something comparable it vary well could cost less to replace it than to refinish your current piece.  We are more than willing to help you make this determination.

Q: Will my furniture loose value by refinishing?

A: If your furniture is of historical significance, probably.  If not, it is highly recommended to keep up the beauty of your furniture.  If it is not kept up, it will loose its value.

Q: Do you dip strip the furniture ?

A: No, we do not dip strip furniture in order to preserve your veneers and glued joints.  Instead, we hand strip using a flow tray.  This process allows the safe removal of the previous finish.
                                                                                                                       
Q: What will my furniture look like after it's refinished?

A: There are many factors that determine what your furniture will look like.  You will have the opportunity to work with our experienced refinishers to choose the color of your stain and finish.  We use a wide variety of techniques and finishes, so your choices are plentiful.  We also repair many damaged pieces.
